Accessibility statement
Status
This website was built with accessibility in mind, following common practice for semantic HTML, keyboard access and readable contrast. It has not been independently audited, and no certified conformance level is claimed.
Keyboard operation
Every link, filter, button and FAQ item can be reached and operated with a keyboard. A “Skip to content” link appears first on each page. Filters apply as soon as a selection changes, and buttons are real button elements. Tables that may scroll sideways can receive keyboard focus so they can be scrolled with arrow keys. The cookie notice sits at the end of the page, does not trap focus and can be closed with its buttons or the Escape key.
Focus visibility
Focused elements show a clearly visible purple outline that contrasts with the light page background; in the dark footer the outline is bright yellow. The default focus indicator is never removed without a replacement.
Structure and tables
Pages use landmarks (header, navigation, main content and footer), one main heading and a logical heading order. Draw dates use machine-readable date elements. Frequency tables have captions, column headers and row headers, and list every number including those with zero appearances. Main and Euro numbers are shown as coloured lottery balls, but they are always labelled with text headings and are never distinguished by colour alone. FAQ answers use native disclosure elements and remain in the page.
Forms and status messages
Every control has a visible label. The number of matching draws is announced through a polite status region. In the correction draft tool, errors are listed in a summary with links to each field, and each field shows its own error message beginning with the word “Error”.
Motion, zoom and colour
Motion is limited to short colour transitions, a small lift or press effect on buttons, record links and guide cards, and a brief slide-in when the cookie notice first appears. All of it is switched off when your system requests reduced motion. There is no autoplay, scrolling animation or loading screen. Layouts reflow at narrow widths and when text is enlarged. Text colours were chosen to aim for at least 4.5:1 contrast against their backgrounds.
Known limitations
- The main-number frequency table has 50 rows and is long on small screens.
- Filtering, CSV download and the correction draft tool require JavaScript; without it all records remain readable but the tools are hidden.
- Until it is closed, the cookie notice can cover part of the bottom of the screen, especially on small devices.
- Copying to the clipboard depends on browser permissions and may not work in every browser.
- External source and support sites have their own accessibility, which this site does not control.
