This tool prepares text on your device. It does not send a message.

This website does not currently publish a mailbox or message endpoint. Instead, this tool helps you write a clear, structured note about a record or page — for example if a number looks different from the source. You can copy the text or save it as a file for your own records. Nothing you type leaves your browser, and the text is cleared when you reload or leave the page.

Before you write

Compare the record with the source listed in the source register, and read how records are displayed — for example, numbers appear in ascending order rather than draw order, which is not an error. The guides explain the rest of the format.
